Difficult to support larger monitor

Overall good, but I have to keep tightening it with the Allan wrench to keep it from pivoting downward. I am using it with a 32” monitor. Would be better if it had vertical stops to keep it in position.

Scratches your desk

Good stand but there’s a design flaw with the screws underneath the stand. They will scratch right away your wooden desk if you drag it to adjust it. Whoever designed this probably worked on a plastic desk.

Wouldn’t recommend at all

I’m not sure why this is rated so highly. There are two blatant design flaws that make this a bad monitor stand.First, the method used for changing the monitor height is a plastic piece that you tighten and loosen to move. All that’s holding the monitor up is friction. Doesn’t seem very study. But to be fair it hasn’t caused an issue yet.The main problem I’ve had is the way the monitor tilt works. You need to use an Allen wrench if you want to adjust the monitor tilt. Annoying but fine. The problem is that no matter how hard you tighten it, I can’t get the monitor to stay up. It just tilts as far down as possible. My monitor isn’t that big. 27 inches. Which is under what the advertised size limit is. So there is no reason it shouldn’t be able to support it. It’s essentially permanently tilted downward.I would return this if I didn’t get rid of the packaging already. For supposedly being a “deluxe” stand as the product name suggests, it is anything but. I will be looking for a different monitor stand.

Poor quality control

- Steel base plate was machined on the wrong side, countersunk screw holes were drilled into the smooth finished side and noticeable burrs from the cutting tool left on the face edge.- Height slide plate made of cheap molded plastic and already bowed out of the box

Decent Sstand

I bought a LG 27GN950 but the stand it came with was absolutely massive. This was the only one I found that looked like it would be a good fit for my desk. The size is perfect but the 1 downside is that it will sometimes droop under the weight of the monitor. It's easy enough to adjust but could be a little sturdier.Edit: I've lowered my rating to 2 stars because the stand now won't stop tilting under the weight of the monitor. This shouldn't happen with a $50 stand
