Affordable and sturdy
The monitor stands took a while to install, mainly because I was very cautious. The quality of the arms is great for the price, it is everything I expected. I chose an ultrawide stand because I didn’t want my monitors to be right next to eachother and this stand did just that. The mobility of the arms is extremely wide and can stretch very far. I have them as close as possible and it is still a 6-8 inch gap between the monitors which is exaclty what I wanted. If you are on the fence about the quality of this product, dont be. It’s everything you need in a monitor stand. One downside is you can’t rotate the monitor to be vertical instead of horizontal. I was aware of this and didn’t want that as I have no need for it.
Everything is great until you go to set it up. As soon as you try to mount the monitors, it drops and no matter hot tight you tighten the bolts, it still drops! It does not hold 39" monitors as it claims!
Easy to put together, straightforward instructions and installation.I purchased this mounting device in December of 2021 and installed to my desk in January. 2 months have passed and the arms are already unable to hold the monitors upright. I included a video to show how they move on their own.Arms are advertised to handle 13" to 38" monitors both if mine are under the max. One of my monitors is 32" and the other is 35".Arms are also static only able to move in a horizontal plane. Unable to move the monitors up unless you move the brace up the spine.I assume it works fine for smaller monitors but dont advertise up to a certain size if it can only handle the load for 2 months.
This makes my setup complete, I use a 34" monitor plus a 15" portable 4K monitor Vertical and with arm I was able to set them up to my liking. Would recommend for 34" Monitors and just make sure that when you clam it down it's secured properly.I actually combined this arm with another VIVO mount I had so I don't use the Clamp, I am using the Base from the other Mount.
