Does what it's supposed to

Works perfect for me, have two of them and does exactly what it's meant to do. No issues for 3 years so far

Use the correct pole or you will have to get creative

This is a little different circumference than the pole I actually had so it took some trimming of the inner plastic sleeve for it to fit. Very sturdy and moves in great angles when properly mounted

Works with the original VIVO dual monitor stand set

I've been meaning to hang up my second monitor for a long time but lost the other arm that came with the original VIVO Dual Monitor stand set you can buy on Amazon.I was afraid there was going to be another piece I was going to need but this worked perfectly. As long as you have the base that attaches to your desk then this is all you need.There were no step by step instructions in the box I received but it's pretty straight forward. If you need a guide find their listing for the dual monitor stand and there's a video on there that will show you how to assemble it.

Needed an extra monitor arm

The Vivo stands are really good and it’s nice you can buy the parts to customize your setup.
