Love this Product! A1 Customer Service

Primary Feedback: A1 Customer Service- The first time I messaged Vivo, I inquired about the anticipated shipping time because I was so anxious, and they (Liz M.) replied within 2 hours. I received the order sooner than I expected but the column, “adjustable neck” was defective. They responded promptly and kept me up to date along the way with no problems. The replacement part was sent out right away, no fuss, no hassle, and I didn’t have to worry about shipping the defective part back. Customer Service is integral for me, and they exceeded with flying stars.
Product Review: I love this versatile stand-up desk!
I couldn’t wait for it to come in when I ordered it because my chiropractor has been on my family about finding ways to decrease the pressure that we put on our spines from sitting at the computer desk. So, my husband and I started our search and discovered one of two issues within the home office furniture space, 1) products were too cheap and we couldn’t confirm their durability or 2) products were too expensive, until we found Vivo, first through Walmart (purchased here) and later Amazon. After visiting their site, watching their promo YouTube videos and reading reviews, I thought why not?
I got the 36” x 22” Electric Mobile desk and my husband got the 63 x 32” Electric Stand- up Desk.
Pros:
Quality- Very durable, quality material and very nice finish. Can handle some heavy loads. We got them in black!
Ergonomic- The center “dip” allows you to get closer to the screen as needed and feels comfortable. We stand for up to 6 hours with no issue.
Flexible- There are four height adjustment settings that are super easy to set and very useful.
True to Advertisement: These desks go as low as my couch about 22” and as high as about 52”, pretty much at eye view. My husband’s desk rises just as high which seems higher than advertised. I am 5’7 and he is 6’ and the height adjustments are suitable for our needs.
Mobility: The mobile desk is cute, doesn’t take up a whole lot of space and the wheels let you glide throughout your space. We have laminate floors and carpet in the bedroom, but it still moves pretty freely on that surface as well.
Assembly: Pretty easy to assemble but you may want to dedicate about 1.5 hours to putting the pieces together. There is ample room for attachments and space to organize your cables.

Cons-ish:
There are no cons, just a suggestion for the mobile desk. The detachable keyboard platform is a plus, but it is fixed once attached. If I could glide it in and out to adjust, that would be ideal. However, it is also ergo cut, so I still enjoy this feature.

Overall, top of the line customer service, affordable pricing, innovative features, modern aesthetics, quality design and materials. Love this product and I will follow up with some of their attachment pieces. I highly recommend!

Pleased but difficult to assemble

I was concerned it would be wobbly but it is more solid than expected. It is heavy. Assembly instructions and diagrams poor, items and bags of screws unmarked, but once assembled I am very satisfied.

PERFECT for Short Adult!

I am an adult who never reached her full (height) potential ;) and am under five feet tall. I had been searching for YEARS off and on, but even children's desks often didn't go low enough, because they are made for writing, and you write "higher" than you type. Or they were kids standing desks, and so they didn't go low enough for sitting. I had just about given up, at least on the "sit to stand" option. Then someone suggested this for me, and it is PERFECT. Oddly enough, I understand both the "wobbly" and "sturdy" reviews. It is sturdy as far as the desk itself is concerned, but jiggling the keyboard tray will also jiggle the main surface, so if my chair arms run into the keyboard tray or I type a bit too "vigorously," the monitor will also shake. But that's not a major deal for me, and I have no real complaints. Finally found a chair form a different manufacturer that also works, and I have a set-up that works for all 4'10" of me. And the fact that it is so easy to switch from sitting to standing is a plus for me.

But just an FYI for people who are looking for a super short desk, like me: The lowest height range is from the base to the desk surface and does not take into account the height of the castors. The castors add a couple of inches. However, with they keyboard tray and an external keyboard and monitor (which I had already been considering) this was not an issue for me.
