Sturdy

The most important thing for me was that this be very sturdy. I put my elbows on the 30" single-top standing desk converter and lean against it with no movement of the surface. I'm not a big fan of the plastic-coated particle board surface but I've already replaced it with a finished piece of maple plywood and it's just what I wanted.

Simple and perfect!

No assembly required, moves smoothly and safely up to two positions, and back down with no forcing required. Press the lever and lift gently and it hoists itself without any effort on your part. Large enough for my computer, keyboard, mouse pad and a cup of coffee. If you work from home, you need this. This is my second day with it, and I am look forward to building up the time I spend standing throughout the day. Right now I'm hurting after 3 years of sitting down for 10 hours a day.

Great for working at home

This product has been a godsend for my back. Sitting all day working from home has done a number on my back. Being able to stand and still use my computer has been wonderful.

SO DANGEROUS! Will pinch and cut your finger!

This is a highly dangerous item and I can’t believe it is cleared to be sold nor that Amazon would sell it. There is a safety shield to help keep your fingers from pinching as it is lowered, but it it is only 1.5 inches wide so it is EXTREMELY easy to pinch your fingers as the computer lowers (which it does very quickly and is difficult to control). I would definitely not want this anywhere near a child and I wish I could return it but it has already been put together. DO NOT BUY!!!!
