Missing part

The CPU CART was advertised as used at a lower price. The rubber cushion pads were missing. I’m emailing VIVO for a new set of 4 pads. Otherwise the cart is sufficient.

Used and Damaged

Product was marked as new but was obviously a damaged customer return. The box, which was just taped shut, was obviously opened. The parts were loose in the box, as were the closed and empty bags that previously held them. The brackets were scratched and covered up with permanent market.Shady, shady, shady.
