Disappointing Quality Control

First let me say I am in the middle of getting parts for my new vivo desk. The actual desk looks very nice but it doesn't work properly as only one side raises. This was after receiving my desk missing an entire box of parts. I can say customer service has been fantastic as they over nighted the parts and when the desk didn't work they were promote in admitting the need for a replacement motor. It is currently on it way, so we shall see if this very expensive desk is worth this level if aggregation and trouble. 5 stars on the service. 1 star on quality control.
