Great customer service

Sturdy mount but came with chipped paint.

It is overall a well-performing mount. However, some of the white paint on the arm was scuffed on arrival - minus one star.

Pneumatic Arm Single Ultrawide Monitor Desk Mount

Works well with a Samsung Odyssey Neo G9

Pros:
+ Solid, metal construct; desk clamp and arms feel sturdy enough to bear the weight of a 26.2lbs 49" DQHD monitor day to day.
+ Assembly was simple and straight forward, the hardest part was simply mounting the monitor onto the arm.
+ Price is good for the quality and functionality.

Cons:
- The bolt for the tilt joint has to be really tightened down in order for the monitor to not slump down when attached, resulting in the loss of the tilt functionality. I believe this is because of the G9's 1000R curve; the center of gravity is farther forward compared to flat monitors, which puts extra strain on the joint. Monitors that are flat or with a curvature of >1000R should find less trouble (or if any) with the tilt. Extra caution is warranted with heavier monitors as the tilt can drop hard if not tightened enough.

Other:
~ I have had my G9 mounted for ~19 months and it hasn't moved an inch on its own. Very reliable and everything still functions the same as day 1.
