Won't work for most situations

Lots of this type of product on Amazon with a wide variety of prices. This is one of the more expensive ones and after having opened it and looked at it, I can not understand why it is expensive.Its biggest failing is that the hook that actually holds onto the tire on your bike does not stand by itself. Instead it drops down flat onto the bracket. If you are trying to hang up your 15kg bike onto the wall while also trying to hold the hook up, good luck. Going to return it.
