GREAT for price!

Husband needed a stand up desk due to back issues. This is a GREAT, budget friendly option. It didn’t come with any instructions which was a little overwhelming at first, but we’ve put together enough Ikea furniture that wasn’t too big of a deal. There’s a sketch on the side of the box you can work off of. Once assembled, the thing is really sturdy, the gas system makes moving is up and down really easy and my over 6’ husband is much more comfortable. He also has a lot more room with the monitor mounted. Big fans!

Not crazy about this

I bought this as a replacement to my original Vivo Desk converter because this one had a built in monitor arm. What I don't like about it is that the monitor arm sits too far forward on the desk riser and when the monitor is lowered it consumes all the surface desk space which leaves little space to work. Also because it sits so forward the screen is too close and I have to work pushed further away. So instead of dismantling this and sending it back I am going to have to purchase a separate monitor arm :(

Recommend for simple laptop users

Product is stable and relatively easy to setup. One think to note is positioning your laptop becomes tricky when screen is lowered.

The most powerful of all sit-stand trays I have tried

I have tried other sit-stand trays, and I have to say this is the only one that works. I have a dual monitor arm, for the monitor and the laptop. Overall, what I have on the main tray is pretty heavy. I have tried other two trays; they could not raise by themselves (I had to do a great effort to raise the tray), and would slam the table when lowering them.I use the keyboard tray for either a keyboard or another laptop. The tray does not move, but stays very close to the table, so that is good.I would prefer tray that is just one big platform (not like this one, with two levels). But this is the one that I ended up using because the hydraulic system is the most powerful.
