I wanted to mobilize and sit/stand with my laptop connected to my monitor on a support arm. This has enough space for two "normal" sized laptops, a mouse, and keyboard, which is exactly what I wanted. If you need a lot of room to take notes in addition to typing, you might have trouble with this desk.My biggest criticism is that the whole things is a little wobbly on carpet, not enough to cause real issues, but enough that if I lean at all or bump the desk the monitor wobbles. Not a big deal for me, but if I bumped it from below I think it might tip over.
I liked this product until the hand crank broke in half while I was adjusting the height. Now the desk is stuck at a weird height.
Arrived with a chip in the top on the edge. There was no box damage so could have been packed that way . . The crank handle is VERY flimsy and easily bends. This on actually broke off at the rubber o rings designed to hold it in place when extended. I can extend the crank far enough to raise and lower. Plastic end caps on the H frame base won't stay in place. Just two of them. hade to add a little glue to them. It would be a nice add if the hardware bag was labeled so you could ID the bolts a little better. Maybe thats just me being lazy. Few fixes and it be great
I've had this for a couple months now and it serves its purpose to work while standing. Size is perfect for my matchbook and monitor with space for a mouse and notebook. The pneumatic lift never really worked; once you add a monitor, the weight caused it to drop in height. Used a piece of wood to keep the height stationary.
table top never got screwed down enough to
