Arrived partially damaged not shipping's fault

The vinyl lining water barier got stuck to the legs before packaging it looks like it got stuck to the paint on the legs. Leaving a single layer of light canvas to hold on desperately (see picture of light shining through) This is most likely where the cot will fail first. If not the center hinge. Certainly not for the avid camper but will work if you plan to go camping maybe once every few years. Even if the canvas fails I atleast have some canvas on standby and it will work for what I need it for. This is just a review for the next person.

Broke the first night camping

Compact and lightweight but broke the first night camping.

Fell apart 2 days after I used it

I paid extra for this to be a military grade version... $66 instead of the others at $33. And 2 days after I started using it, the nipples on the sides which hold the bars in place for sturdiness broke off. One broke off at 2 days and one broke off the other side at around 1 week. So after that, what I had was a bed that only held together by the sheer legs and was so wobbly I decided to return for a full refund. Dissapointed I was!

Comfortable until morning

I’m not someone you would label as very heavy at 175lbs. It was comfortable initially and it was easy enough set up and I slept on it one night. But when I woke up one of the nipples that the end rods were put into broke off on one side. Now the cot will not hold any tension. Sad to say but I wanted way more use out of it than just one night.

Sharp Metal Edges

This cot has sharp metal edges. The metal punctured the fabric in shipping. Cot is small for a full grown man and the material has an inherent odor to it. The price was low but the quality reflected that. We also purchased a Coleman cot that proved to be the winner. We are not likely to use the cot for much of anything other than an emergency situation.
